Simple Mango & Banana Smoothie recipe

Summer is over, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a nice tropical smoothie!  This is one of my favorites:

Place the mango and water in your Vitamix and blend until smooth.  (If you're using frozen mango, thaw it by soaking it in warm water first.)  Then, add as many bananas as required until your Vita-Mix is filled close to the top (2 Liters). 

Depending on your appetite, this makes 2 to 4 servings. I usually have about one liter in a sitting and then drink the second half a few hours later.


*If you want a nice variation on this recipe, add 250g of raspberries as well.
